Although I enjoyed Firehose a lot, I think all it did was whet my appetite for ENGAGE. Steve Saccone’s book Relational Intelligence is definitely one of the best I’ve read in years. It’s not a “Jesus” thing, or a commentary on scripture, but rather a handbook for having deeper and more meaningful relationships with the people around you. And THAT excites me a lot, because I think that as a Christ-follower, my best bet for influencing others is through meaningful relationships.
